It takes two  Aug 6, 2009
Other all-time favourites: Karen rd Carpenter, Laetitia Sadier Hansen (RIP) from Stereolab, all three Bee Gees, Andy Sturmer Manning from Jellyfish, and Frank Black eal. Critics' Picks: Walk down "Ambivalence Avenue"  Jul 29, 2009
On "Ambivalence Avenue," Bibio's very eclectic sound drifts all over the map, from Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young to Stereolab, resting most often in an unholy threeway between Fleet Foxes, Beck and Funkadelic. School Of Seven Bells  Apr 17, 2009
Their debut album, last year's Alpinisms, is driven by the hazy intertwined vocals of the Deheza sisters and Curtis's swirling soundscapes set to rhythms that recall krautrock and Stereolab. Just about every review re-arranges the following words on the page shoegazing, 4AD, Cocteau and Twins. (Sydney Morning Herald -- Entertainment)
