    On Wednesday, March 18, you won't want to miss Penny Hannah and The Legends at 7 p.m. The Legends is a group of musical impersonators who walk, talk, dress and sing like legends Conway Twitty, George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Loretta Young, Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Wynonna Judd.     Fiddle player and vocalist Kelly Spinks, a modern day cowboy and rancher, has opened for George Jones, Eddy Raven, Gary Stewart and Moe Bandy.
