Sgt. David Murray says lockdowns at the Superior Court Juvenile Courthouse, Juvenile Justice Center and nearby Rio Mesa High School have all been lifted after deputies and a helicopter scoured the area north of Oxnard. The sheriff's office initially received reports of four shots fired from outside the courthouse just after 9 a.m. Monday, with one of them striking a window. (Fresno Bee -- Local)
